Payment of Meals

St Luke’s is a cashless school and parents must use Arbor’s secure payment system to pay for lunches, educational visits and clubs.

Nursery pupils need to pay for their meals unless they are entitled to Free School Meals (which in Lambeth also includes being in school for one full day)

Learners in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals (UIFSM) however it is important that pupils that entitled to Free School Meals still provide those details to the school for the additional funding attached to Pupil Premium funding.

Currently, for this academic year and next academic year, the Major is providing funding for all pupils in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to Years 6) to have a school meal, again it is important that puils that entitled to Free School Meals still provide those details to the school.  Nearer the time, we will informed if meals will still be funding for the academic Year 2025-2026.

If you switch from school meals to packed lunch, you MUST inform the office in writing.

If you have any concerns regarding payment, please contact Mrs Williams as soon as possible and we will do our best to come up with a solution i.e. payment plan.
